Warranty Policy

Moto Pro offers 6 to 24 Months warranty on all our products. We stand proudly behind our products if there are any manufacture defect(s). Damages or faults occurring as a result of misuse, negligence, accident or wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy.


Please contact our Warranty Claim Team via email: motopronz@gmail.com. We will assist you through the warranty process. Please also mention your name and invoice number for a faster response.


Upon receiving your warranty claim, our team will assess the product to determine if the defect is covered by the warranty. If the defect is found to be eligible, we will repair or replace the defective product. If the repair is not possible or a replacement product is not available, store credit or a full refund will be issued at the discretion of Moto Pro.


All returns are at customers’ expense including the initial freight unless products are proven faulty.

Please email our customer service department at motopronz@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Proof of Purchase and/or Invoice number
  • Description and photos regarding the faults

From that point we will create a warranty claim order and fix your problem as soon as possible.
